Safaris, expeditions and trips booked with Africana Travel are paid with VISA card or MasterCard. Payments are handled via a secure internet partner routed via our bank account in Sweden. All payments are done by card to make sure your payments and are secure and that you get the travel insurances that are included in your credit card fee.
Pay for your trip with card
For you convenience and safety, Africana Travel offers all our traveler the option to pay with credit/debit card. By paying with card, your bank often includes an insurance that will allow you to be more secure on your trip. We accept VISA and Mastercard, unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners. If you want to pay your trip with card please contact us and we will send you a link to a payment form. The form will have you information and amount due prefilled. Make sure that the amount and the order number is correct before you make your payment. The money will be deducted either from your account (if you are using a debit card) or you will be billed through your cards provider (if you are using a credit card).
Terms of payment
After you’ve confirmed your trip you will receive a confirmation, specifying the cost of the trip and and an invoices for the registration fee. The registration fee for our trips is USD150 per person and should be payed no later than 7 days after receiving the confirmation. The remaining amount is payable at the dates indicated on the invoices. Normally a package trip should be fully settled no later than 4 weeks before departure. Afterward your travel documents will be sent to you by email. If you do not have access to an email, we will send your documents by post. If final payment is not received within the specified time, your reservation can be considered canceled.
